• Service Provider Information: Bio, services offered, rates, availability, service areas, experience, certifications, home environment details (if applicable)
• Emergency Contact Information: Veterinarian details, emergency contact names and phone numbers
• User Content: Photos, videos, reviews, messages, and any other content you upload to the Service

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Location Information: We collect precise location data when you use PawTracks for walk tracking, find nearby services, or set your service area. This includes GPS coordinates, routes, and places visited during walks
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
• Usage Information: Features used, actions taken, time spent on the app, search queries, interaction with other users
• Walk Data: Distance traveled, duration, speed, sniff spots marked, photos taken during walks, route coordinates

• Map Data: We use map services to display locations and generate walk route visualizations

• With Other Users: Dog profiles are visible to service providers when browsing or receiving booking requests. Service provider profiles are visible to dog parents when searching for services. Contact information is only shared after a booking is confirmed. Reviews and ratings are publicly visible but associated only with first names.
• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request

5. Location Services & PawTracks

PawTracks is our walk tracking feature that uses your device's GPS to record walks with your dog. Here's how we handle location data:

5.1 Collection and Use

• Location data is collected only when you actively start a walk tracking session
• We record GPS coordinates approximately every 5 seconds during active tracking
• Location data is used to calculate distance, speed, duration, and generate route maps
• Background location access may be requested for continuous tracking during longer walks

5.2 Privacy Zones

• We automatically apply privacy zones to protect your home location
• Start and end points of walks may be trimmed to maintain privacy
• You can adjust privacy radius settings in your account preferences

5.3 Map Storage

• Generated walk maps are stored securely and associated with your account
• You control whether to share walk maps on PupFeed or keep them private
• Maps include overlays showing distance, duration, and sniff spots but not exact addresses

5.4 Disabling Location

You can disable location services at any time through your device settings. Note that this will disable PawTracks and location-based service discovery features.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication using phone number verification

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, you can control tracking through your device settings and by adjusting your privacy preferences within the app.
